I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zulay Kitchen (Clearwater, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview was informal, interesting, and genuinely inspiring. We had a long conversation about the future of the company, and they took time to understand my personal, financial, and professional goals, and how those could align with the company's mission. I got a full tour of the office, met key team members, and felt like I was being welcomed into something special. It wasn’t corporate at all, more like a startup vibe with a team of amazing people who are passionate about growing together.
This is a company that doesn’t just want you to clock in and do a job, they want you to grow, earn more, and build a future that excites you. During interviews and beyond, leadership takes time to understand your personal, financial, and professional goals, and they actively look for ways to align those with company opportunities. Whether it’s profit sharing, promotions, mentorship, or flexible work structures, they’re serious about making work meaningful.
