Did 2 interviews with HR. Never got a reply after being told I was being put forward for an interview. Followed up with HR but was told that they were still waiting to here back from hiring managers (even after 3 months.)Waste of time. Won’t apply for any roles in this company in the future. Must say though that everyone I dealt with in HR were friendly.

Interview
Applied online and got an email from the HR for an initial screening interview a few weeks later. The interview was quite detailed interms of asking about my specific experience however the person did seem scrambled and to most of my qs responded with 'sorry I cant remember off the top of my head'. Seemed strange.
I was called for the second interview via Zoom with the team this role was with and boy o boy! I genuinely felt like it would have been a horrible fit. I found the managers to be quite rude, cutting me short while answering their qs and then visibly getting upset that I didnt say much. Not to mention there was no time for an introduction.
In terms of the questions it was all textbook knowledge - like sitting in an exam all over again rather than scientific application qs.
Barely got through 30 mins and already felt like the environment was not suitable for a FTJ- at least for me.

Question 1
Textbook questions e.g. list the types of xyz. What are the pros and cons of abc? Didnot even let me finish the pros before (aggressively) saying that you dont think there are any cons? For another q, I was asked to name a type of adc interaction and upon answering got told 'thats not the one I was thinking about'. Honestly, i checked out mentally after the passive agressiveness.
Interview was about competency, asking about knowledge in the area that was applied for. Involved several company staff and experience was generally positive with interesting discussions, which lasted around 40-45 minutes overall.
