Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. I first had a phone interview and then about a week later I received another call from the HR department saying I will get a second interview at their headquarters in Wauwatosa. Everybody was very friendly and the interview process was very comfortable and overall a positive experience.

Applied for job position online, was contacted within a couple days for a phone interview (30 minutes). Immediately following the phone interview, I was asked to complete an online assessment. Once submitted, I heard back from Zywave within a week to come in for an in-person interview with two supervisors (about an hour or so). Within 2-3 days following that interview, I was offered the position via phone call. Very straightforward process, have nothing but good things to say about the people I dealt with throughout and they were very open, friendly, and transparent all the way from initial phone screen to job offer.

How do you deal with competing deadlines and manage multiple projects either independently or in groups?
Phone Interview with light chit chat and then moved onto the business related interview questions. I interview early before they started selection for the summer so I have not heard back yet.
