Straightforward, was a few get to know your background questions and a case scenario. There was a screener first and then with two managers. Gave a tour of the floor afterwards and heard back within the week.

Interview
Switched gears to get me to interview for another position. Interview was comfortable and interviewer was friendly. I decided not to move forward with the process due to the required hours. Both positions interviewing for are required 9am-6:30pm in office. She mentioned one position being with India - so I would also have late night/early morning meetings because of time zones. The recruitment position stated that if an interview came in at 6, I was required to walk them out and could be at the office until 7/7:30 some nights. I said I was not flexible on working 45+ hour work weeks again as I did this exact schedule for 5 years prior. Didn't seem there was any flexibility. Pay was enticing but not for the work load.

Interview
The interview process was great! I dealt with the Director or TA and she was so excited about alliant that I got so excited about alliant! Everyone was so nice throughout the process. I felt like they were excited about me and like they wanted me to work there!
