the interviewer asked about the company, he then asked about my work experience and asked me to describe thoroughly a project i worked on in one of my previous jobs
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at autofleet (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Sept 2025
Interview
I went through a five-step interview process at Autofleet, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
Phone screen was standard.
Second interview (on-site) was a technical challenge, but the environment was unprofessional — there was a dog barking inside the office during the session, which made it hard to focus.
Third and fourth interviews were additional technical rounds, requiring me to come to the office multiple times.
The fifth interview was supposed to be HR only, but unexpectedly turned into yet another technical interview.
Overall, the process felt inconsistent, poorly organized, and required unnecessary travel with little respect for my time. I left with a negative impression of how they handle candidates.
