I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at bGlobal (Dhaka) in Sept 2010
Interview
The potential employer initiated the contact, they phoned me. I was given the impression that I'll be interviewed for a senior software engineer position. But during the interview I found out that they are actually looking for a fresh graduate for entry level position and wanted me to fill in for that. However, with 2 years of experience under my belt and doing quite well in the job I already had, I did not agree with that. I did not appreciate the lack of research they did on me, I believe they did not even look at my CV. Also, despite my explaining in the beginning, the person interviewing me kept asking questions related to .net platform which I had absolutely no knowledge of since I specialize in something entirely different and never needed to work or learn about these set of platforms and tools.
