I applied online. I interviewed at bp (London, England)
Interview
The process began with an initial screening call with a talent acquisition specialist to discuss my CV and motivation for the role. This was followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager, which focused heavily on behavioural questions and my experience with agile methodologies. The final stage involved a panel interview and a brief case study presentation regarding a hypothetical product launch.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to manage conflicting priorities between commercial stakeholders and technical engineering teams
A well-organised process with friendly interviewers and a solid look into the PM work at BP. Professional, fair, and much more cohesive than I expected for a large enterprise. Would recommend.

Question 1
Imagine BP wants to reduce friction in the EV-charging journey. What’s one product improvement you’d prioritise first, and what metric would you use to prove it works?
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at bp (Pune)
Interview
Interview was STAR based. The panel was trying to see if I have a genuine project experience related to time.
The follow up was messy. The recruiters (coforge) played every dirty trick in book to get me to join without salary negotiation and without giving away any further information on the role.I do not recommend anyone joining bp.
