online assessment, in-person interview. interesting and thoughtful questions.
Offices in Chicago are wonderful. Got to speak with several employees about their current roles and experience, I would recommend this interview process to any recent graduate.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bp in Sept 2016
Interview
It was incredibly subjective as it was through an online video recording. Hard to tell what they are looking for. I answered the questions clearly and honestly and within a few days my candidate zone profile was updated saying that I was no longer being considered.
Exciting and engaging. I found the questions rather original and unique. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, which enabled me to get acquainted with certain citations i might deal with at my workplace
