There was an initial test that filtered the candidates. A test to assess how the candidate would react to queries from employees, peers, managers.
The second stage was a longer interview where the hiring managers from across HR Services were sitting by a table, with 4-5 candidates in a group. We were all potential hires and the hiring managers were looking to hire more than one candidate, due to a headcount increase.
We completed several tests lasting altogether 4 hours. General introductions, one written test, one situational test, one test that required us to read 5 potential new joiner profiles - we needed to select the best candidate - and argue for and against hiring them. Lastly, the hiring managers that were interested in hiring us would take us to a 1-on-1 meeting to learn more about us and our motivation.
