The overall interview process was oddly structured with a first couple of stages done entirely on video recording answering high-level questions.
Then it came to technical interviews, the interviewers seemed to be unaware of the underlying background or what was shared before.
They also showed up late, cutting into valuable time to present the case studies and didn't extend the extra time to cover for their lateness.
As a result, there was no time left to answer my questions on the role or culture.
Additionally, the questions interviewers asked didn't respond to the role level, e.g. IC focused details over strategy or management given the director role.
The worst part was a no feedback policy there the recruitment manager didn't share any feedback only that they wouldn't want to progress with my application.
Terrible interviewing experience and incompetent interviewing team.
