After applying for an position at code d'azur, I was contacted by someone from Talent Acquisition. The interview went very well, and it felt like my profile was spot on for this specific role. The recruiter seemed satisfied and promised me they would reach out the following week to schedule another interview with the role's manager... Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard back, so I sent a polite email to follow up on the process... Nothing... Two weeks after sending the follow-up email (so one month after the interview), I reach out again politely asking if the position is no longer available, which I would totally understand. (I just want to move on at this point.) I guess I don't need to tell you that I NEVER heard back. A review here mentions that ghosting is common with this company. If anything, my experience with code d'azur clearly attests to that. An automated email would have given me more closure than this rude and poor experience.

It was a very long process without anyone in the lead and poor communication. There were long periods of complete silence and contradicting feedback. In the end it did not make any sense at all.
