Initially was contacted by the recruiter through Linkedin. Later was setup a 30mins phone interview with one of their UI engineering team. I did not hear from them for a week. When i did a quick followup, recruiter asked me to call later evening. I am not quiet sure as this was the first time when a recruiter asked the candidate to call. I thought this was quiet unprofessional. When called, recruiter told me that i need to learn a lot and is ready to offer internship for 6 months and later convert it to full-time. Again, when recruiter himself connected with me on Linkedin for full time and whar they offer me is internship. And the person who interviewed says i need to learn a lot just in 30 mins interview where i answered all of his questions spot on! It was very bad experience. I thought of going further from the initial call just because of its good reviews on glassdoor and i somewhat liked the work they are into. Overall, very bad experience.
