I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at deepblue networks (Hamburg) in Jul 2018
Interview
After the online applying, they call to you and make an appointment for the first interview. The first interview you will meet with HR and one or two developers. They were good and friendly but they haven't a big role in the decision phase of hiring.
After this interview, you must wait for the second appointment with others. Whose can check your technical skills and give you a task.
You are applying for the junior position but they want advanced skills from you. If I had advanced skills absolutely I could apply for high-level positions and get more salary than deepblue's offer. After this meeting, they send you a task. You did the task and send to the agency. You are waiting for a feedback but they don't give you any feedback. After two days you call your contact person but he doesn't answer your calls. But they write an e-mail "you did a task well, but we decided another candidate because she wants a less salary than you". Later I have found something about the salary for this position in deepblue. Frontend Developer salary is 36.000 € / annually. If you to look at other companies salary forecast this salary is under of junior positions salary.
P.S They don't pay for overtimes but they say you can order meals during your overtimes 🤯
