e-Frontiers interview questions

I had a one round interview, 2 person panel. It was onsite with quick turnaround on the offer later that afternoon. No time wasting of playing games. It was a dream process.

There are 2 or 3 interviewing stages, an initial informal meeting after wich 1-2 meetings with senior management and employees discussing work experience and competency based questions. Potention questions: Why do you want to join e-Frontiers? Why do you want to get into recruitment - if not in the field yet?
