      Sales Interview

      29 May 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Folsom, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at e.Republic (Folsom, CA) in Jan 2010

      Interview

Usually interview with the HR Director, then if they find you a good fit, you then will go to the COO for phase two. At which point phase 3 would be the Manager you would directly work under. If all goes well, the HR Director will then hold one last "screening" and you are usually asked to start immediately. Positive Interview process but can take up to 3-4 hours you may not have expected to stay that long.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

No real difficult questions in my opinion. Pretty easy as they are more getting a feel for your qualifications and personality.
