First was a phone call. They seem to be mostly interested in self taught developers. The call was about fifteen minutes long. It was with a recruiter. She had no technical knowledge. After that there was a coding assessment. It was super simple. It could be completed in any language. Fork a git repo and then complete the challenge. Third was a code review session of the assessment itself. I just had to explain why I wrote what I wrote. No real technical questions to answer during this. Last was a group session with four people. They talked about themselves some and asked me some questions. The whole process took about two weeks. They offered me a job and then rescended it after doing a background check. I was up front about my former convictions.
