Interview followed by a test on an old laptop, the assessment froze several times. They seemed evasive when I asked about work life balance stressing that "we work hard here". A current employee walked me out after the interview where they warned me that it was a miserable job and the pay was extremely low for the hours they expected. The overall atmosphere of the office was extremely bleak, with a tiny lunchroom where people ate in silence. I withdrew my application.
