eLan Technologies interview questions

Very friendly and detailed technical review done on phone and then in-person. A group of 3 people questioned me for 1.5 hours on development and administration areas of SQL Server. The people in interview panel were very talented and knowledgeable. Also conducted skill test by giving a real time scenarios and develop scripts for various tasks.

Just a phone call interview and questions regarding field of work and study not more than that. Will ask about personal career and work exp you had and discuss about salary and visa processes
