Contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview with the Operations Manager. Interview was just basic questions about my experience and what the job was about. I felt it went fine. Interviewer mentioned seeing about setting up another phone interview with someone else. Never received anymore information about it. A few weeks later, I contacted the recruiter to see if the process was still going or if I was passed over. They replied saying they would get back to me as soon as they could with that info. It's been another month and a couple more emails from myself checking in since then. No replies. Somebody else said they were ghosted by the recruiter, and that feels accurate here.

The initial contact by the recruiter was fine enough, but you could tell by interviewing with the hiring managers, they were very unproffesional and sloppy, just as the job turned out to be.
