I received an email with an invitation to schedule a phone interview. The initial interview was with a recruiter. She called me and was very nice. She asked me questions regarding my experience, etc. Asked if I had any questions for her. At the end she encouraged me to apply for other jobs at the company I was qualified for. (I did.) Then she said she would forward my file to the hiring manager who would decide if I was interviewed further. A week - 10 days later, I received an email with an invitation for a second interview. I met, via Google Meets, with three members of the hiring committee. All three were nice. Two did not do video, only voice. One did do video because I had my video on. It was nice to see her and I was grateful for that.
