After applying online I have been contacted for an preliminary phone interview with a recruiter (personal and technical questions). This was nice and went smoothly. Then I have been invited to the HQ for a face-to-face interview. This was in 3 parts 1. With the teamleader: very general and quick chat about the company, my previous experience, expectations and motivations. 2. With other employees of the same dpt: technical questions, quiz and handson test. This took about 2 hrs. Apparently went well both on technical and personal sides. 3. In the final part I was supposed to meet again the teamleader who however refused to see me and let the other (very surprised) employees tell me she "had no time". Very unpleasant and unprofessional especially considering a) I could have not done the 2nd part of interview altogether since this had not been taken into consideration and b) I flew from a different country and took two days off to do the interview. Really a shame since for everything else the experience have been positive.
