The process consisted of an interview with a portfolio presentation and a chat about different approaches to the design process, team dynamics, and overall getting to know each other. The chat was very lightweight and overall a good experience.

After filling out a form, they invited me for an interview. The interview lasted around 10 minutes, extremely short, somewhat felt like they put me in a box from the first few minutes. I applied multiple times and every time I had the same negative experience with the interviews.
