This was for a role in midlands. I was informed by email of the interview time and date which worked for me but a call with it might have made it a bit more personal. I got there and arrived to a room of flip chart and pens for a 45mins interview which I didn’t realise would be the case - on the spot presentation may not get the best out of the candidate. I was offered the role but the salary was below what was advertised so I declined. Yes we negotiated but I was already put off by the huge drop in salary offer - it was nowhere near what they advertised.
