I had read the reviews here but still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Standard recruiter screen where the recruiter got my background and gave details about the company. All good so far, and they seemed to be very interested in moving onto the next step which was the technical interview. The recruiter mentioned bringing my own code to the technical interview, which was weird but I agreed to it. Before setting the technical interview, the recruiter told me that my code was no longer required for the interview and we agreed on a time for the technical interview. I arrived in the virtual room on time and the interviewer was not present. Waited 30 mins and sent both the recruiter and the interviewer emails asking if they needed to rescedule. No response. Just pure radio silence. Bizarre and unprofessional behaviour.
