Interviewer: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Ok. Not bad. smooth. A smooth interview process is well-structured, timely, respectful, and transparent—featuring clear communication, prompt scheduling, relevant questions, and feedback—leaving candidates feeling valued, informed, and confident about the next steps.
Freelancer interview process was one of the most difficult interview processes I have ever been on. It is also very time consuming as well. I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
