The interview process was professional, personable, and appeared to move efficiently through multiple stages, including conversations up to the EVP level. Following these discussions, I was informed of a final step in the process; however, despite assurances of forthcoming updates, communication ultimately stalled for several months without follow-up. While I remained engaged and interested in the opportunity, the lack of timely communication - particularly after a significant investment of time throughout the interview process - was disappointing. Clear and consistent updates would greatly improve the overall candidate experience.
