First one was with HR she is very professional and kind. Second one is with Manager which is technical they might ask you to draw a high level design diagram and third one was with the Manager and team member another technical where you will be asked to design system design minor patches. Last interview is with the HR, Director and your manager more conversational and onsite. Overall people are very friendly and will be a very relaxed coversation.

Two steps: first one, general one to know each others; the second one was a more technical. While the first one was standard one, during the second one instead of being focused on explaining the role I applied to, it was more focused on listing the employees behaviours inside the company with INAPPROPRIATE and RACIST COMMENTS. In addition to this, the interlocutor POLARIZED THE ARBITRARY decision about an EXPECTED SALARY. Definitely a RED FLAG.
