Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter, 1-hr long video interview with hiring managers and then an on-site interview with director. Had the video interview with hiring managers and then got the rejection 2.5 weeks later. The recruiter was very engaged and I had a great time talking to them. Hiring managers were less enthused when speaking with me and it was hard to gauge whether I answered their questions adequately or what kind of solution they were looking for.

Asked about resume and a few case study questions.
What information would you need to build a loyalty program?
Explain to me what a left join means in SQL.
How would you estimate the number of traffic lights in downtown Toronto?
There are three rounds, first round is with HR, who will ask general questions and give you some understanding of the firm. The second round with the manager, it's a combination of BQ and technical questions. Third round is to read some case and answer relevant questions.
