I recently got selected as a Fullstack Developer at i11 Labs. The entire interview process was smooth and positive. The rounds included: Screening Round – A friendly and professional discussion to understand my background. Technical Round – Questions focused on my previous projects, covering frontend, backend, and database work. Assignment Round – I completed a take-home assignment and, during the demo, was asked to make a few code changes. Final Interview with Higher Management – I interacted with the CEO and COO, both of whom were approachable and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the process, the communication was clear and timely. The interviewers were respectful and encouraging, which helped me give my best. I have now joined i11 Labs, and I find the work environment friendly and collaborative. My colleagues are supportive, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the team, learning, and growing in my role. Overall – A very positive experience, and I highly appreciate the professional and encouraging recruitment process.
