iA Field Service Engineer interview questions

2 Interviews with questions about technical skill and experience. Hobbies, working with people. Normally its 2 phone interviews and what I think is either a in person or skype interview. They just did mine during the second interview and it was obvious our personalities clicked and that was seemingly a big part in the hiring process.
