I had two rounds of interview post which i was informed that my profile was being placed on hold for two to three days. I was informed that if I was shortlisted , I would have a round of interview with the director. However, the recruiter neither got back on the status of the interviews nor answered my calls contrary to the fact I was contacted repeatedly for the interviews to be scheduled. The recruitment team is irresponsible and donot realize how much of candidate's time they end up wasting. It is so much better and easier to say a NO rather than being silent and unresponsive.
