The interview process is fairly easy, it’s more of a vibe check than anything else. The only thing that can be a little tricky is the fitness test depending on your fitness level.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at iFLY Indoor Skydiving (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Meet with a GM and a Trainer. Skydiving experience isnt required, in the long run wont make a difference either way. You need to be fit, able to spend hours a day in the wind making sure your trainers dont hit the walls/net. Have to be coachable, take feedback and apply to instructing technique.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you available everyday for the next month, either super early morning or late night, for mandatory training?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iFLY Indoor Skydiving (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Easy 2 rounds. It's probably the easiest interview I've ever had. Also fun because they let you fly when you apply!!!!! Seems like a great job. Benefits are lacking due to how much you contribute
