Nice structure for hiring and interview process. HR called me for PHP Developer. Then I gave aptitude and written test and then appeared for practical test. After passing successfully I'd got call for telephonic round of technical interview and then I did face to face technical interview. I passed all and finally I came for HR round and did 1.5 year of bond after it.
