I was contacted through LinkedIn and had a phone interview scheduled. After the phone interview I had an in person interview. At first it was a bit intimidating because the entire team was there but they were all nice and polite. Now that I work their I understand why they all did a group interview, it's because they wanted to save time interviewing and not repeat each other's questions. They are super busy.
Just a heads up now that I been working at this company for a while, if you don't hear back from us call us back. Many times schedules and meetings are shuffled and a phone call or two might skip through the cracks. So just call back to see what is the status nobody here will take it bad.
