The interview process was in three stages. First was a phone interview to prequalify me for the position. The second was a one on one with Sales Director and was the most detailed. This interview lasted about one hour. The final interview was with the CEO. It was an honest and candid discussion about the culture of the company and what he was looking for in his employees.
