I sent in an application on Craigslist then had a phone screen. I came in to take a class so that they could see if I could handle the workout. Then, I had an 2 in person interviews. The first one was with the studio manager by herself then with her and one of the owners. They offered the job on the spot at the 2nd interview. Recently, they have added a component where they ask a prospective hire to teach them something to prove that they would be a decent instructor.
