Interview
First call was a personal online interview with HR recruiter and Tech Lead of the project. They asked about my work experience. my goals and failures & success stories. They asked some normal j2ee and java question.
Next round was a task. I was given a task to develop an rest api and frontend for a online application. Task was simple and no restriction on frontend language, I used react not jquery.
Third round was again a personal onsite interview with the same HR, Tech Lead and other team which includes a frontend developer, backend developer, desighner and a product guy.
They had questions about my task. The whole team was very good and experience was positive.

Some questions about Coding standards like coupling and cohesion, about dispatcher servlet, repository layer and architecture of J2EE application.

It was about a 20-minute phone interview with one HR person. After self-introduction, she asked several questions (e.g. tell me more about your previous work experience). The interview was uncomfortable because of the phone. I wonder why they do not interview online.

Interview
The recruiting process was really good. I have nothing to complain about. It started with a HR Call and than I got an invitation for a Coding Interview (1:30 h). Both interviews were really pleasant. They invited me to the final round, the Value Interview. 6 people asked me value related questions e.g. "How do you handle stressful days?"
At this point I want to thank all the people I have met during the recruiting process. They were really kind and seemed like very good colleagues. Thanks for the experience!
