It was a big mass hiring that was advertised online. There were a lot of people and each hiring manager sat at a different table. You stood in line until it was your time to interview. I was interviewed by two people.

Interview was a mass zoom call with different departments being interviewed. Took turns explaining what position you were interviewing for and why. Then Took turns answering questions . Wasn't what I expected but it was smooth and went well. Expect a long hiring process.
