I applied on LinkedIn, and completed 4 rounds of interviews. One of these interviews was with a VP who asked me if I was religious. Which was very inappropriate. Ironically he liked me and pushed me forward to the next round. Ultimately they decided to go with a different candidate who had better leadership experience.
