Scheduled phone interview view email. Got an automated calendar response. When it came time for the call, they were 8 minutes late. They got on the call just to tell me they already hired someone for the position.
Pretty standard process, moved decently quickly until the 3rd round. Met with the Chief Customer Officer who spent more time asking how my old company got purchased based on the data I had instead of actually interviewing me. It came off like she thought I was either lying or was directly involved in a billion dollar sale. Didn’t even give me 3 minutes to ask a single question back to her. Not someone I would ever want to work with in the end so I was happy to not move forward from here.

I had five interviews with this company and then they ghosted.
I've seen the same posting reposted to LinkedIn several times since.
I don't think that they're really hiring.
IMO? I believe that they may be using the "interview" process to gather information from candidates about their current SaaS companies to see if they should buy them out. Be careful how much you tell them about your current employer.
