ion interactive interview questions

It was actually a strange interview. I was basically asked to share free code samples with them, at least six pages and then told I didn't know JavaScript which I actually know very well. They also refused to do an assessment which I thought was odd. The person I interviewed with who was supposed to be an experienced web developer didn't seem to know what technical questions to ask. Definite lack of organization as well.
