first round was apptitude,second round coding after shortlisted on this rounds you will get go for another round that is hr after completing all these rounds you will signed an bond for 3 years

first round 150 mcq's second round simple programming third round complex programming like sudoko fourth round complex programming crossword puzzle. only i gone through all the rounds others haven't done 3 and 4 rounds even though they took 4 more people for interview round because there are no people after the interview they said you are not selected. i don't even know whats the reason. they asked whether you do for lesser salary or not. i said if the salary is far less ican't else i will do. they stated 5.5 lakhs package which is higher than my previous job holdings. Interviewer dont have any knowledge about what he is asking. He is such a useless person but pretends he know everything. he dont even know what select * prints with join in sql but tells you are writting so much. reasons for rejection as per my knowledge: they only take tamil people their package is less that 4 they dont want knowledge full programmers at one word "a-s-o-e" company and interview process. if you have any doubt just check there google maps images it can accommodate only 80 people max thats there head office with out compound wall on the road like Dominos pizza on the road sorry its far better. there are lot of things to tells............ people who are conducting interview are actual employees by seeing them itself we can predict how much salary they are getting i think its not more than 30KPM only one suggestion for the talented people and developers please don't attend. if you attend you have to remember this as the worst interview in your life. others you can give a try even you solve or not they take 3 to 4 people you may be in the 3. thanks and regards useless interview panel, worthless company
