Apply online, then you'll do a customer service test and typing test, then you'll do an interview as the final stage. After the interview you'll get a date to come in for training.

They were very intense. One day I received at least 5 consecutive calls from them, WhatsApp messages as well. I only had a phone interview and they seemed very eager to get me to the onboarding process immediately

It was a very comfortable and friendly interview process. Questions are simple. They basically just want to know more about you, and they give more details about the job description.
