There were three parts. First, there was an in person interview, then there was a technical interview (coding exam) and a finally an IQ test (which they called a "personality" assessment) at the headquarters in Munich.

Interview
It went really fast and due to the situation was also really professional. Started in Home-Office directly and could get assigned to a project of my choice. Collegues are really understanding and friendly so far.
