easy interview process, most of promotion due to being a general staff member until first general review for a raise. Ended up getting promotion and a raise in the first three months, overall one of the smoothest interviews and review period.

Interview
It was pretty confusing. I came in for an initial interview which was suppose to be with the store manager but apparently got mixed up because I later found out that the person who interviewed me wasn't the manager. I had to come back in for my actual interview with the manager. At the time, the regional manager was in time and he wanted to sit down and interview me as well considering I was being hired right into management. After 3 interviews, I got offered the job and accepted.
