I applied online. I interviewed at loanDepot (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
Good process. Little time taking. Asked the right questions. Completed interview in time. No sharing the screen. Just one round. Informed after 3 weeks. And finally hired. Initiated visa process and it took about one month.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at loanDepot (Plano, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
Three stage interview process.
* Recruiter (Filter)
* Manager (Knowledge - Personality)
* Team (Technical Knowledge)
Naturally the last Tech interview is the most difficult but all stages of the interview process are very professional and personal. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. They were interested in me and my background giving me the opportunity to talk freely.
