I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at lululemon in Aug 2016
Interview
You do feel like a group of friends chatting. It's hard to really gauge what they think about you as they respond the same to everyones answers, seeming interested in what everyone has to say. There were 5 of us in the being interviewed, one girl showed up 30 minutes late. Overall we sat in the middle of the mall, difficult to hear people speaking at times.
You really did not know if they were interested, and not much was said about the actual position or what they were really looking for as they started the interview with: all of you are qualified to be here. It really depends who is interviewing you, because if they don't think they will get along with you then they are not going to hire you.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
