I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2018
Interview
Group interview, myself and two guys. Neither of them had work experience, so I thought I would have a good chance at the job since I have worked at around 5 other places. Got called back for a one on one interview, went great. The girl said she really liked me and that I would be a perfect fit for the store and that she would call back within two days for training dates. Got an email the next day saying they picked someone else. LMAO, Nice! Whatever, would rather serve and make tips anyways! Although the discount would have been nice
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
