I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Calgary, AB) in Jun 2019
Interview
First step was a group interview where there were 7 people interviewed by 2 supervisors and was scheduled for an hour but only lasted 30 minutes. If you moved on to the 1-on-1 interview you were emailed to schedule the interview. The 1-on-1 interview was with the store manager and was scheduled for a half hour. The last step was to complete a security check and reference check before starting their training which lasts a week. The entire interview process took less than two weeks but from application to first contact was a few months.
