I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was not bad, the first step was a group zoom interview followed by an in-person interview with the store manager or assistant store manager. After my interview with the assistant store manager I received an email that I was successful in the interview however, they did not have a position to give me and offered me a role at a different store or to wait 6 months until they were hiring again. I decided to choose working at a different store and was put in touch with another store manager. I was then scheduled into a Zoom meeting with the other store manger and I was not informed that this was an interview. Following this, I was then told that I was not successful at this particular store. After this I tried to reach out to the recruiter that conducted my initial interview and never got a response. Would not recommend.
